Current• Managing sales analysts team (4 employees)• Pricing: developing price positioning recommendations and determining prices based on competitors pricing, market conditions and cost factors• Tyre market estimating; market dynamics analysis• Market share dynamics analysis• Organizing sales budgeting process for 2 profit centers in 3 countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus)• Participating in commercial policy development process• Preparing long range sales plans (including scenario approach)• Presenting analysis results to parties concerned
