Duties:- Organization of accounting and management accounting from the beginning (12 legal entities);- Implementation of 1C 8.2 for agriculture (Medoc);- Banking (opening and maintenance of accounts, processing loans, overdrafts, leasing, deposits, financial monitoring, cash circulation, currency transactions);- Support of court cases (preparation of materials for submission to court, drafting of lawsuits, work with lawyers, work on execution of court decisions, debt collection);- Analysis of tax positions, identification and mitigation of financial and tax risks/liabilities and management of mandatory, tax and external audits;- Development of founding and statutory documents of enterprises (development of protocols, orders, conducting meetings of founders, entering data into registers, notarization of documents.I have had successful experience in:- Financial audit of compliance with tax and currency legislation;- Forced collection of debts and payments to the budget and special funds;- Issuance of installment payments, debt interest;- Support of operations on the export of agricultural products;- Receiving state subsidies;- Obtaining licenses;- Accounting of non-residents (suppliers, founders, buyers).
