Following my 15+ years corporate career in telecom, I have decided to change industry in 2018 to support my interest to IT and Energy industries. This move has also allowed me to discover new opportunities in Power Generation, Oil&Gas and Metal&Mining sectors, thanks to my negotiation and presentation skills i have established customer and partners relations with main Russian market participants (InterRAO / RusHydro / SUEK / Rosseti etc) and start main production digitization projects on edge of IT and engineering (Big data, predictive analytics, AI solutions, SCADA systems, maintenance regulation). Also, I have stay in touch with Telco industry offering to partners consulting services for wholesale cost reduction and revenue growth.Maintaining strong networking, I can help vendors and integrator with business development and account management with most Russian Energy, Oil&Gas and Metal&Mining companies by reaching out to my working contacts.Supported with educational background and work experience, I am an executive with strong commerce acumen and project management experience. Coupled with continuous development, my experience in organizational change (M&As, divestment, corporate conflicts, rapid growth, downsizing exercises) I have a good working knowledge of how to deal with both, business and human capital management challenges. I also have good understanding of what the real customers business’ needs are and how digital products can help to achieve corporate KPIs, through offering digitization, automation, flexible arrangements, outsourcing etc. In my expatriate career of managing large, diverse multi-functional teams within two different industries.
