Accountabilities and Responsibilities: 1. Organization and management of operations team in all matters related to logistics and customs clearance process. Monitoring nominated Freight Forwarders, customs brokers, bonded warehouses and other subcontractors for well-timed delivery, customs clearance of import/export shipments and overall KPIs.2. Liaising with Customs, PRC, Legal, Marine and other State Authorities on matters related to overall project development ensuring strict adherence of the PSA (Product Sharing Agreement) terms and obligations agreed with Republic of Kazakhstan. 3. Interaction between company offices worldwide, permitting officials, certification and licensing bodies. Supervision of customs clearance processes under various import regimes, obtaining permits, authorizations, licenses and certificates required for customs clearance. Evaluation of initial material requests from user departments if subject to licensing, certification or prohibition.4. Coordination of import Duty/VAT Certificate of Exemption. Monitoring customs deposits and accounts, obtaining reconciliation of payments of customs processing fees. Control over conditionally released materials imported reporting to customs on quarterly basis. 5. Reviewing contracts/purchase orders to ensure that all related clauses are in line with RoK customs code and legislation. 6. SAP database input and reporting to line management on regular basis.

Caspian Region

Reporting to Business Unit Manager.Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Coordination of numerous global imports and deliveries from worldwide vendors and suppliers Contacting various contractors expediting completion status of orders, tracing consignments, reporting on the progress to clients directly on daily basis.Keeping under thorough control compliance with transportation schedule, proper consolidation and secure on warding of the cargo from vendors premises and third party warehouses.Arranging temporary/permanent exportations of all kind of oil field materials and articles. Obtaining rates and quotations from different carriers and service agents for evaluation, cost-effectiveness analysis and further offering to clients. Making agreements on terms, routing and time of delivery, booking of transport.Preparation of complete documentation package for further submission to brokers and Customs: Invoice, packing list, manifest, pre-alerts, CMR, AWB issuing, database input. Tracking delivery from the date of shipment up to the date of receiving of goods, reporting to clients directly on daily basis.Job opening in SAP database, cost collection and booking in the system. Providing instruction with detailed revenue calculations to chief accountant for further invoicing to clients.

Karachaganak Project

Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Meeting with clients on daily basis, reporting on the activities, projecting further actions and paramount objectives. Negotiating with the Customs, brokers, and other authorities reconciling disputes and differences.Negotiating with various companies representing the services as a competitive freight forwarding company for further co-operation. Preparation of drafts of contracts and further conclusion of those with new clients, hauliers and other agents.Commercial bid evaluation of submitted quotations by carriers, hauliers (freight cost, handling, insurance etc).Analysing urgency of the cargo traffic, regulating volume in compliance with customers' requirements and priorities, developing the least-cost and expeditious route (road, rail and air freight modes, consolidation of consignments, dedicated vehicles, collection EXW, etc.) Low Value Purchasing (onshore/offshore market)Purchasing of various hardware, consumable and other materials. Exploring onshore and offshore (Russia) markets for most competitive and reliable suppliers. Contacting and negotiating with suppliers obtaining quotations for further evaluation and delivery.Overseas experience 2002-2003. Business trips to Trans Global Projects Head Office; Meeting with company management and office staff discussing overall business activity, current developments and forthcoming projects.Attending seminars, elevating basic skills and knowledge of management techniques, international standards of freight forwarding and logistics.

Kazakhstan

Reporting to P&L Manager.Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Foreign Economic Activity. Obtaining passports of transaction from Customs on basis of standard package of documents: contract, purchase order, etc.Customs clearance of imported consignments. Co-operating with brokers providing required paperwork and information for correct commodity code classification and other customs procedures. Timely providing summarized value of forthcoming invoices to accounts department.Material requisition initiation for further commercial elevation and purchase order commitment.Translation of commercial invoices, packing lists and other technical documentation.

Kazakhstan

Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Technical translator and interpreter, QA/QC Department (mechanical, turnery, welding and other technological process). Translation of various operating manuals, safety regulations and other technical documentation. Interpretation of welding courses. Sound knowledge of oilfield equipment, fishing & milling tools, etc.
