Fraud prevention and investigation, corporate intelligence, analysis of internal controls, compliance check with FCPA and other requirements.

Project/account management of foreign banking subsidiaries (Belarus, Ukraine):• Corporate actions (share issues, dividends, top management's remuneration, over-limit deals);• Preparation and presentation over-limit deals on Management board and Credit committee such as new lending, debt restructuring, cession of non-performing loans and distressed assets, interbank lending;• Participation in treasury issues such as funding structure and costs, liquidity gap analysis, transfer pricing;• Management of 100% sale of subsidiary bank (timing, forecasting of the deal's financial effect on consolidated IFRS accounts, preparation of memorandum and purchase-sale agreement);• Setting goals and interaction with external consultants (legal firms, appraisers).

Core responsibilities :taking part as in-charge in buy-side & sell-side due diligence, vendor assistance, virtual data room administration with specialization on financial sector. Management and coaching ofjunior team members.Core technical skills : analysis of financial statements, EBITDA normalization, net debt analysis, forecast chasing, reconciliation management accounts vs RAS vs IFRS, analysis of loan portfolio

Core responsibilities: management of the audit team (up to three persons); performing audits of IFRS and RAS, financial due diligence and other assurance services; maintaining customer relationsCore technical skills: financial statement analysis, assessment and analysis of risks, profound understanding of accounting framework (IFRS), development of audit strategy and audit approachClientele: top-10 Russian banks, investment companies, real estate companies
