In my current role, I am a principal documentation and content manager in the product team, developing cutting-edge enterprise-level solutions (both proprietary and open source) in the financial markets domain with the history going back for more than 15 years. I am in charge of creating comprehensive documentation and managing the entire content lifecycle across various products.One of my key responsibilities is creating content catered to different stakeholder groups such as internal and external developers, end-users, marketing and sales, as well as operations teams. I strive to ensure that the documentation meets the specific needs and requirements of each audience.Additionally, I take charge of managing the development of landing websites for products, knowledge base systems, and developer portals. From brainstorming ideas to overseeing the entire production process, I am involved in every stage to ensure the successful delivery of these resources.To streamline documentation processes and enhance efficiency, I implement a docs-as-code approach. This involves using tools like markdown, git for version control, static/hybrid website development techniques, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) practices.

In this position, I played a central role in creating the entire content strategy and building the documentation portal from the ground up for an enterprise-level FinTech product - trading platform. Starting from scratch, I meticulously planned and executed every aspect of the content strategy, ensuring it aligned with the product's goals and target audience.Within the content strategy, I created a wide range of materials including product technical descriptions, developer guides, and references tailor-made for various stakeholder groups. These materials were carefully crafted to meet the needs of internal and external developers, end-users, and other relevant parties, effectively addressing their concerns and queries.To enhance efficiency and collaboration, I implemented a docs-as-code approach, adopting markdown and git for creating and managing the documentation.
