Led the development of both external and internal web applications, including the primary website at https://arenza.ru, dedicated partner and product pages, user dashboard interfaces, and the frontend components of our CRM system.

I joined the Cashwagon team as Senior Frontend Developer to renew and launch the main credit website. Six months later I became the Head of Frontend Development (across company) and also provided technical leadership to a cross functional product (credit website) development team of 9 members (frontend, backend, qa).Achievements:- Software design, development, leadership and launch in production main product multilingual websites for Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Malaysia. The main feature is that all websites have a single code base for all countries (each country has its own characteristics and requirements). The result of a highly configurable solution was the ability to reduce time to value. Any changes can be easily delivered to one or all countries at once.- Kept close communication with all project stakeholders to ensure we come up with good project architecture and reasonable deadlines.- Сlose interaction with the Marketing team and participation in the UX/UI design.- Coaching and mentoring junior employees. I hired a few juniors to work with me, some of them have become skilled developers already.- Created a reusable and extensible React component library to help kick start and expedite application development. It is used in most of the company's new frontend projects.- Coordinating the work of the frontend developers (e. g. P2P platform, internal CRM system). Set up a successful workflow and code quality standards.- Configured CI/CD process via AWS. I took the initiative to deploy websites via Cloudfront, S3 and Lambda services. It increased the speed of content delivery to customers and saved the costs for the frontend hosting.
