Responsibilities:• creation of promo-pages for company products worldwide in accordance with local legislation and cross-cultural peculiarities; • tasks’ decomposition and control of the execution by the team;control of tasks’ deadlines and KPI’s.Achievements: • creation of the requirements’ list for promo pages in accordance with local legislation, which made possible to continue selling products and reduce legal costs to a minimum level;• re-start of sales, increase of conversion m-o-m from newly-created promo pages in accordance with new legislation and list of requirements.

Responsibilities:• training events (seminar, webinar, master class) needs identification and delivery• creation and implementation of training courses from scratch;• development of technical tasks and specifications for company projects.Achievements: • regular conduction of seminars and webinars resulted in sales increase of TM IEK products by 5-15%;• concept of a classroom and portable demonstration stands of several types were developed and implemented;• regular cooperation with several educational institutions resulted in the implementation of the company's strategy aimed to developing loyalty to TM IEK among young professionals.

Responsibilities:• implementation of OHSAS 18001 standard;• composition of expert models for projects’ monitoring;• control of reporting forms’ filling in, tasks’ deadlines and KPI’s;• technical personnel training.Achievements: • risks assessment maps for production processes have been developed, which allowed to identify weaknesses and prevent accidents.
