(+0.8) and 44.9 thousand (+33.2) new jobs. • Built an effective system to support ongoing investment projects. • Improved working conditions for business when using preferential. • The list of benefits for investors has been expanded: a mechanism has been launched to compensate investors for expenses at interest rates on loans. Results:• Supported sustainable growth of the investment rating (compiled by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives): 2016 - 78th place among all regions of the Russian Federation, 2017 - 47th place, 2018 - 35th place.

Key roles: Responsible for the activities of the entire Bank. Results: • Led The Bank to the top 50 largest banks of the Russian Federation (from 314th place). • Provided X150 growth of The Bank's assets - from USD 10 mln to USD 1.5 bln. • Delivered a market share of 5% in the Far East. Efficiency indicators were at a high level compared to competitor banks: Return on Equity (ROE)- more than 25%, Cost income ratio (CIR)- less than 35%.

Key roles: Development of the Bank's branches network. Results: • Opened 250+ branches "from scratch". 2 banks were acquisitioned. The planned payback periods of subdivisions in the network were met in 93% of cases. • Created a corporate block and developed a product line. The share of the corporate block in the loan portfolio of the Bank was 44%, in the attracted funds of the entire Bank 30%. • Created a block of international operations. Established direct relations with foreign banks, including China, Japan, Korea. The bank was in the TOP 10 banks in terms of international and foreign exchange transactions. • Supported company growth from HC 300 to 5,000 employees.
