Person in charge of the following products: household chemistry and household goods: Frau Schmidt (own trademark), K2r (Dr. A.& L. Schmidgall KG, Austria-Switzerland), Alex, Sanytol (AC Marca, Spain), Colour Catcher (Punch, Ireland) Obligations:- Full business management cycle in the area “Consumer goods (household chemistry, household goods, goods for home)”- Business planning, determination of strategy and tactics of brands development in the markets of Russia and CIS, carrying out marketing research- Introduction of new products into the market (market analysis, positioning, products range policy, pricing, sales planning, promotion strategy)- Analysis of European countries market for the purpose of searching of new products for Russian market- Search of European producers for the manufacture of goods under a private trademark (negotiations, including top management and owners of the companies, discussion of product range, prices, collaboration conditions, budget, supply, development and approval of package models, etc.)- Everyday work with the manufacturers regarding current issues (number of manufactures – 10)- Planning and implementation of complex advertising campaigns for the promotion of brands (ATL, BTL), cooperation with advertising agencies in the full cycle as well as in particular areas, development and production of POSM- Formation of marketing budget and control over its spending, drawing up P&L reports- Development of package for new products and adaptation of existing package- Preparation of presentations covering the product range of the company, training of personnel and external clients- Development and creation of corporate web-sites, internet-store, their support and promotion (www.frau-schmidt.ru, www.frau-shop.ru, www.K2r.ru)
