Development, execution and completion of CAPEX projects for Enviva Production Facilities ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and management standards, safety, internal quality and security regulations:• Work with plant operations and respective support teams to develop project scope of work. • Conceive, plan, and execute projects to improve Plant operations. • Manage and maintain project plan and budget.• Coordinate with Plant Controllers and the Project Controller team from initial project funding/capital request through project closure. • Review cost and schedule performance including detailed budget variances and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Prepare weekly and full completion project progress reports. • Manage external resources as required (serve as company representative to subcontractors for all planning and scheduling activities). • Communicate and coordinate with internal Company stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure a consistent understanding and execution of identified schedule objectives and work activities. • Manage and maintain the project risk register.

• Provided technical expertise to reduce conveyors downtime, reduce breakdown reoccurrences, and increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF). • Created and updated standard work documents (SOP’s) to develop and train maintenance, manufacturing operators, and Team Leaders. • Managed equipment change events and small projects to deliver new SOP’s, breakdown reduction, root cause analysis, as well as risks and hazards assessments. • Problems solving and root cause investigations with local maintenance, plant engineering, EHS, regional engineering and maintenance for significant equipment failures. This includes recognizing when outside resources or internal experts are needed for these efforts and incorporating them into the process. • Develop/upkeep the criticality matrix for equipment at all sites. Ensure consistent ranking between sites and appropriate revisions over time. • Define/capture failure modes and process interruptions for major equipment events and determine patterns or common issues. Use historical data to drive future improvements. • Develop relationships with key vendors. • Supervise projects during plant outages.

Development, execution and completion of CAPEX projects for Tenaris-Houston Production Facilities ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and management standards, internal quality and security regulations:• Carry out and coordinate basic and detailed engineering studies for new facilities or major changes to the existing ones. • Develop the scope, technical details, schedule and project budget.• Preparation of the technical specifications, drawings, technical documentation, factory acceptance, testing.• Contractor-vendor proposals technical evaluation, purchase requisitions. • Responsible for projects tracking, installation, start-up, commissioning & follow-up.
