Responsibilities:-Contractual work: supply contracts (including import and export), contracts for work, services, licences, sale of exclusive rights, loans, leases; -Participation in negotiations with counterparties (both as buyer and seller); -Advising employees on legal matters; -Corporate law: organising general meetings of shareholders, assisting with share transfer transactions; -Labour law: preparation and drafting of LNA from scratch, staff reductions, maintaining labour discipline;-Setting up a document flow system, improving internal processes;-Arbitration and labour disputes. Achievements:-prepared from scratch templates for various types of contracts, data processing policy, public offers to participate in a promotion programme, a number of internal regulations;-won an employment dispute in the first instance concerning the unlawful dismissal of an employee on redundancy;-won an arbitration case in the first instance concerning the unlawful termination of a lease by the tenant;-organising the flow of documents, setting up a system for receiving, processing and storing documents;-prepared the legal registration of a number of business models of the organisation;-initiated the process of trademark registration in the UAE.

-Collect and analyse Chamber members' positions on various legislative and industry regulatory issues; -Preparation and submission of positions to government authorities; -Preparation of documents: estimates, follow-ups, minutes of meetings, reports on meetings. Achievements: -Organised face-to-face meetings with 8 representatives of state authorities; -30+ appeals sent to state authorities; -Organised 40+ business events in various formats in three languages (Russian, French, English); -Organised and launched from scratch a new format of information events - short webinars on current legislative changes from experts.
