Manage to provide high level software development services supporting several independent projects for company customers;setup and run extremely efficient and productive agile process of software development and ongoing customer support;orchestrated project teams to ensure their optimum performance;provided ongoing operational process analysis, communicated project statuses, identified and resolved operational issues and constraints;managed project resources, progress, timeframes, and budget;execute general company management.

Responsible for delivery of monthly releases with around 200 functional items each. Leading a team of 80 BAs, software and QA engineers and responsible for full stack of develoment of a new Billing solution for Telecom. By the end of 2009 the solution was succesfully installed on production and is operating till now.

As a PM was responcible for implementation of the new Billing solution for Telecom Austria named DataCom. After it goes to production was responsible for production maintanance and support of the product including continues delivery of new functionality for a working solution.
