I lead the data science organization at TelevisaUnivision, the leading media company serving Hispanic America. My team builds and maintains our internal household graph, as well as data products that power personalization, minimize churn, and drive incremental revenue across our entire media ecosystem. Prior to TelevisaUnivision, I led a combined data science/data engineering group at Paramount Global, worked as a machine learning consultant in investment banking, and worked in cybersecurity and ad-tech startups.I am also passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of data scientists. Most recently, I was an adjunct professor at Yeshiva University and a data science instructor at Metis, where I created and taught courses in linear algebra, statistics, data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.My academic background is in cognitive neuroscience, having obtained my Ph.D. from Dartmouth College. My graduate research focused on the neural basis of visual perception and awareness, and I have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals. I have leveraged my academic expertise in neuroscience to create data solutions that enhance the user experience and maximize engagement throughout my career.
