Responsibility for economic part, organizational issues, premises, selection and acquisition of equipment, forming the team/services/marketing strategy;- Forming the financial plans of the company (year) and investment plans;- Responsible for fulfilling and controlling the KPI (profit, revenue, costs, receivables, productivity/downtime of the equipment, inventory turnover);- Operational management of the administrative, industrial, commercial and financial activities of the company;- Controlling and improving the accounting and reporting systems;- Interaction with major Suppliers/Customers;- Interaction with the banks (credits);- Interaction with Producers and suppliers of equipment and spare parts;- Interaction with state authorities.- Reporting to the shareholders on results (monthly) .

I responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. Working with Executive Management to grow the company using technological resources. Using an active and practical approach, I direct all technical employees in company to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan.• Establishing the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.• Directing the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.• Working in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.• Providing leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.• Conducting research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.• Manage and supervise Integration Projects from beginning to end including: Research, Design, Pricing/Budgeting, Drawing, Scheduling, Installing, Delivering and Performing all required follow up;• Gather, archive and provide Project data and reports when required;Ensure compliance with deadlines for project delivery and ensure optimal utilization management of the company resources;• Ensure compliance for environmental, health and safety requirements;Responsible to obtain any mandatory permit, license, certificate or authorization to perform our work related to the project;• Interact with internal and external clients;• Supervise all installation team technicians and coordinate with other trades on the job sites;• Strategic partnerships with company’s other offices, peers and key partners.

I am the Head of Video, Projection and Video Content on the up coming ILLUSIO Show in the theatre LENINGRAD CENTER opening in 2014. I will be responsible for all of the video, projection and video content elements used in the show and building, including annual budgets, purchasing of new equipment, and management. I will be managing three teams of technical professionals to install, trouble shoot, create and maintain the systems on this upcoming production.I also, Invented and created video content, deal with any changes to the show by either the director or designers and work with all other heads of departments to ensure the smooth operation of «ILLUSIO».
