Current- Communication with retail stores (all 378) in order to support and development sales of accessories.- Implementation of retail projects in order to increase sales in individual categories of accessories on company level.• Implementation of Catman in following categories of product: headphones(Philips, Sony), hard drives(WD), protective glass and films(Inter-step), gaming accessories for computers(Razer, Logitech)• Opening of 34 zones of goods for kitchen, 41 headphones zones, 25 zones of premium gaming accessories and 61 gadget zones in order to present a wide segment of innovative accessories in high price segment. Address program – is all country.• Launched external merchandising in the following product categories: headphones, accessories for TV, power banks, portative accessories.• Created and Implemented motivation system for sales of accessories• Implemented a training system for accessories• Created a book of merchandising in categories: gaming accessories, headphones, TV accessories.
