As an Agile transformation consultant, I help Radtac clients in selection and adoption of Agile discovery and delivery frameworks through training, coaching and facilitation of significant events.

Established clear PI cycle with solid preparation for planning events, coached teams and product management, facilitated risk management and stakeholder reporting, which resulted in timely delivery of programme releases with high predictability measure.

Hired to assess current development and product management practices of consumer healthcare platform development program, and provide improvement recommendations. Following the assessment report, contract was eventually extended to one year, during that period I’ve coached four Agile teams (including two development teams, dedicated DevSecOps team and L3 support), facilitated backlogs unification, established product discovery and delivery cadence, topped up with L2 and L3 customer support processes.

Was proud to defend Kyivshchyna (Kyiv oblast) from Russian invaders as a volunteer. Now, with Russians has fled away from the Kyiv outskirts, I'm back to work as an Agile coach and transformation consultant.
