The team successfully architected, designed and delivered application framework for the next generation of Spirent's network test tools.- led cross-functional Usability team that ensured consistency and ease-of-use of User Interfaces for Spirent products developed in multiple geographical locations.Oct 2000 - July 2004: Technical Lead and Project Manager of TeraRouting Tester (TRT)- Managed a team of 6 engineers. Under my lead the TRT product grew into a major revenue generator and in 2004 was chosen by the management as the only legacy software product to run on the next generation of Spirent hardware.
