• IT infrastructure landscape definition and change management;• Responsible for envisioning, designing, and implementing the enterprise infrastructure roadmap;• Performing business analysis and providing recommendations for annual IT work plan and budget preparation;• Analyzing demands and preparing proposals for infrastructure landscape change activities, the major ones were: - software-defined network architecture development (Cisco SDA, DNAC, ISE); - construction of local storage system and data migration from PaaS storage solution; - local hosting and storage system construction (Cisco UCS & NetApp); - critical communication system refresh and expansion (TETRA); - MPLS backbone network deployment (Huawei fiber optical and microwave multiplexers); - LAN, WAN network asset refresh; - Skype for business and video conferencing deployment; - FW infrastructure setup (Cisco SecureOps, Fortigate, Checkpoint).• Supporting business-as-usual project activities for field growth and new sites construction.• Supporting business application development projects: - elaboration of infrastructure solutions for cloud and on-premise applications; - assessing integration scenarios and IT security constrains for externally facing applications; - bench-marking of IaaS cloud providers; - infrastructure development for SAP migration from on-premise to cloud (HEC).• Experience in cloud infrastructure design and management (Private IaaS, AWS & Azure).

• Telecommunication system solution design both for the Company's industrial facilities and for office sites;• Taking role of IT project manager for telecom infrastructure deployment in the SPD Tyumen office;• Elaboration of company's internal telecom standards.

• Design of WAN, LAN, Fiber optic communication lines, CCTV, Security Alarm Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, Satellite TV on oil and gas fields.• Participating in significant amount of important projects such as Salym Field Development (SPD), Priobskoye, Vankor Field development (RosNeft) etc.
