They do not help them to determine their life values, value-based goals and understand how to reach them. Many children dream about exploring unknown, protecting nature and helping poor. But as they grow up they have to refuse their dreams because nobody teaches them how to realize them.I believe that it is time to evolve educational system into a new level. Our world is no more a machine that needs millions of people with similar knowledge and pattern thinking. Our world needs value-driven achievers and problem solvers. At Phoenix our mission is to help students to set value-driven goals and reach them by developing skills and growth mindset. Our 1-year educational program is developed with help of Phoenix community of business leaders, teachers and psychologists.
