Led the planning and execution of the Microsoft 365 tenant rename connected to the re-branding of Content+Cloud as Advania UK.

Worked on the Kontoor Brands (https://www.kontoorbrands.com/) Managed Services account, providing:- 3rd/4th-line escalation support for incidents and SRs related to a variety of collaboration services;- a primary contact and investigation facility for Microsoft 365-related cases raised with Microsoft Premier Support; - automation of a range of routine administrative and reporting tasks with the use of Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Automation.

Projects undertaken:• Microsoft 365 tenant design and implementation - as a part of a team of architects designed and implemented a new tenant for the Content+Cloud group of companies, focusing on Azure AD configuration, security and compliance policies (such as DLP and data classification), and Exchange Online configuration. Produced a set of self-documented PowerShell scripts to capture and implement most of the associated design decisions.• Tenant merger (tenant-to-tenant migration) – assisted with planning and was responsible for the execution of data migration (Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint Online sites and Teams instances) from two legacy tenants into the newly implemented Content+Cloud tenant, using a combination of tools (including self-authored PowerShell scripts, ShareGate Desktop and BItTitan Migration Wizard).• External data sharing automation – co-designed and developed an automated user-driven process for allowing access to SharePoint sites and Teams instances to external (guest) users by means of Azure AD Identity Governance Entitlement Management. The solution comprised of a Power App canvas application, a series of Power Automate flows, and a custom connector to enable access to Microsoft Graph with delegated permissions. Implementing the solution removed a significant amount of load from the internal IT support function, as the self-service request-and-approval nature of the new automated process no longer required their involvement in scenarios where a business user needed to share data with an external agent.• Business process automation – designed and implemented the supporting infrastructure and a set of automated solutions (based primarily on Azure Functions and Azure Logic App workflows), integrated with Microsoft Teams and Azure Event Hubs. The range of targeted processes included JML processes (new starter, leaver) and Enterprise Voice-related process (assignment of numbers, application of caller identity policy etc.).

Projects undertaken:• Openwork Ltd – assisting in the design of Service, Transition and Operating models for the Office 365-based Modern Workplace solution.• Ministry of Justice – cyber security assessment.• Ministry of Justice – designing and implementing a business process automation solution based on Microsoft Power Automate.• Wiltshire Police – architecting and producing a custom solution for gradual inter-domain identity migration for an on-premises SharePoint deployment.• TAIT Towers – designing and planning an Identity Consolidation process (for multiple Azure AD/Office 365 tenants in hybrid identity mode).
