Responsible for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, control, support and coordinationUnderstand and have continuing knowledge of all local AML requirements to ensure that the AML program is consistent with all applicable local laws, regulations and rulesDevelop and manage a regular monitoring and reporting process to inform the audit committee and the board, as necessary and required.Ensure that all activity and transactions that are identified as potentially suspicious are investigated, reviewed and resolved by established proceduresCoordinate with Regional and Headquarters AML Compliance Teams to address issues raised in internal audit reports, compliance reviews or regulator’s examination

• Participating in the establishment process of the B2B/C2B Chat platform.• Complaints analysis on the Client’s Level and the control of the required set of actions.• Providing operational support for Group Business partners.• Maintenance and update of company local and online systems.• Conducting KYC reviews and documentation checks.• Managing customer lists, product lists and databases.• Ensure all individual daily KPIs are consistently met and exceeded to deliver superior levels of customer support through phone calls, E-mails and LiveChat.

* Customer Due Diligence, review Customer Risk Ranking, conduct Enhanced Due Diligence, escalate potential AML risks with recommendations for mitigation.* Review of all transaction monitoring alerts* Investigating, analysing and identifying AML alerts which may lead to filing suspicious activity reports as required by law.* Ensure appropriate adherence to CDD, EDD and Transaction Monitoring processes while providing a positive experience for clients* Identify compliance and risk issues.* Assist institutional clients and investors during the onboarding process, which includes questions regarding onboarding to DAMEX* Provide an exceptional “client-first” experience both through email and over-scheduled phone calls with business personnel to properly ensure the correct guidance and information is given to clients and investors
