In 2010 Sergi got promoted to HR Vice-president for Sony in Europe. Moreover, he was a member of the European Governance Committee in Sony Europe and a member of the HR Board in Sony Corporation in Tokyo, with visibility over 165K people (including Sony pictures, Music or PlayStation).

In 2006 Sergi became the HR Director for Sony in Spain. In four years he led a Cultural Change for the whole Company in which the way people worked was completely changed: from a Management by objectives old style Sony moved to a Management by Missions one, aligning everyone to the same Purpose, where a real team was created.
