Over the past twenty five years, I was routinely involved in due-diligence preparations, conceptual site layout design and all phases of site plan production. My position within the companies provided me with substantial opportunity for gaining extensive experience in all aspects of Land development. During this time I was involved in a wide variety of commercial and residential projects including, but not limited to industrial warehouses, shopping centers, residential developments, hotels, office complexes, retails, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and gas stations. As an experienced project engineer and designer with strong analytical and organizational skills, I am capable in all phases of the Land development process including zoning review, preparation of conceptual layouts, grading and drainage design, HydroCAD modeling and analysis. My recent projects include: BridgePort II warehouse complex (approximately 1,300K of total GFA) in Perth Amboy, NJ, 40-lot single homes residential development at Piscataway, NJ and 800K GFA Mansfield Warehousing complex along US Route 206. Also in previous years I worked on 700,000 SF Bayer Healthcare East Coast US Headquarters on 94-acre site at Hanover, NJ; LifeTime Fitness Centers at Mount Laurel, Princeton & Montvale, NJ; Regency at Readington luxury residential community at Whitehouse Station, NJ; Courtyard and Regency Inn Suites hotels by Marriott at Bridgewater, NJ; and many Walmart, Home Depot, Walgreen's, Lowe's, TD bank, and Wendy's developments in New Jersey.Technical Skills: AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, Hydraflow Storm Sewer Extension for AutoCAD Civil 3D, AGTEK, AGI32, AutoTurn, MS Office.
