Sports industry professional with +9 years of experience. From business development and partnership activation to business intelligence and digital campaigns strategy my goal throughout my professional journey has been to achieve a complete understanding of the ins and outs of sport business. Starting from a data-centric strategic approach, the common ground of all the roles I’ve played has been the identification and development of monetization/ partnership maximization opportunities with a special focus on those coming from digital channels. It may sound crazy but 9 years ago FC Barcelona didn’t have a detailed commercial offering ( asset inventory & valuations), live partnership tracking reports, sponsorship proposals with bespoke digital packages for partners, virtual LED, access to players leverage beyond traditional commercial shootings, or an organic commercial contents strategy to promote all-Club business units campaigns on their digital ecosystem. I’m proud to have helped Barça in developing their in-house BI & Digital revenue-minded ecosystem.On June 2022, looking to expand my expertise beyond football, I decided to leave my childhood Club to help brands/ right holders in other industries:- Project #1. Developing the first talent agency in gastronomy for the best chefs in the world- Project #2. Creating Allianz Spain full-year cross.partnership activation plan for signed partners: FC Barcelona, Marc Marquez, Àlex Roca & Mercedes Benz Fashion Week (2023-24 season)- Project #3. Helping Àlex Roca to increase his partnerships revenues (+150% increase in a renewal)- Project #4. Developing the BI & Digital ecosystem at UrbanRoosters to maximize commercial revenues & digital channels growth
