Successfully transitioned from external contractor to full-time employee after exceeding expectations and demonstrating significant value to the company.During this second phase I have been part of the team with responsibility over:- Standardization of processes such as hiring and conducting interviews- Documentation and instruction of the onboarding in: API design, Git, Docker and Go.- Development of a web template for the presentation of projects made in React with MUI and automatically deployed to k8s with Docker and Jenkins.Supervision and guidance of projects:- Notarization of digital documents in blockchain (Besu, EBSI, Bitcoin)- Analysis of authentication events to detect behaviors and anomalies. Co-founder and technical lead of the start-up Shering.Development of a new platform for second hand leasing of products for B2C and C2C.The platform is developed in a NodeJS backend in Typescript and a database with MongoDB. Project in developing a new product for administration of logistics related to the aviation industry with the goal of digitalizing multiple processes like flight plan, pilot and controller documentation distribution.Specifically worked on the web and backend team for flight plan distribution and the backoffice for this and other products.Among my tasks and responsibilities, I have used multiple tools and frameworks for the development, maintenance and deployment like:- Angular for the web and backoffice- NodeJS in Javascript for the backend development with SQL and MongoDB as databases- Jenkins and Azure for cloud deployments on development, staging and production environments.- Jira for team coordination among international colleagues using Scrum as the Agile methodology.
