Didn't have much time for anything... Apart from preparing the product and technology year 2021 roadmap, injecting the continuous improvement Agile principle into the team, and defining the architecture of an upcoming e-commerce platform. Meanwhile, I was able to successfully handle a downtime during the Black Friday period with minimum impact for the business and to change the way the sales & customer support perceived IT. I'm pretty proud about these two things.

Letrs was a font collection by monthly subscription and a font manager in the cloud intended for creative agencies, design studios, and print shops. I did the product stuff. The market was there but sadly we failed at business development. The company is no longer operating.

I was in charge of the Supplier Integrations business unit, to strengthen the integrations platform, to make it grow and to maximise sales by system availability and stability. My main activities were: prioritisation of requirements, change management, release management, allocation of infrastructure resources, and reporting to business stakeholders.I also continued playing as analyst and technology advisor for other related strategic projects in the field of accommodation and destination services.

I was directly involved in design, testing, development, deployment and maintenance of software architectures to support the B2B business models in ODS sector, focusing on performance, scalability, security and reliability.I coordinated the project leaders in the methodology and the technique to align goals of all the connectivity projects. I established design and development criteria to ensure efficiency and success in implementation of ongoing projects and future projects. I monitored outsourced software development to ensure fulfillment of quality, delivery time and expectations. I collaborated in these developments driven by agile methodologies to take them towards a process of continuous improvement.Also, as member of the Supplier Integrations business unit, I carried out tasks of analysis for the connectivity and for systems integration for product sale of hotel chains, merchants, GDS and channel managers. With global architectural solutions I gave support to the team to cover the particular needs of each project, driving the technology platform along with the business growth.

I was the Deputy Head of Development to implement new features on the online system for hotel bookings and to improve internal quality of the implementations of these features.

I was part of the team that defined the software architecture and I was responsible for the development of a web application to control the allocation of public subsidies to companies with cutting-edge technological projects.One of the most interesting things I could enjoy here was a BPM development framework and an brilliant workteam.

I designed and developed several applications built on J2EE with EJB, Struts and MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, mainly used for managing and sales of real state through Internet.

As a Junior Software Engineer I was involved in the development of an application for real state management for PalmOS and a desktop application on J2SE with AWT/Swing for remote controlling of hardware devices that monitor power lines.Also as Systems Administrator, I configured Linux and Windows NT boxes with SaMBa for file and printer sharing.I learned Perl, MySQL and Ant.
