- Leading, managing, and mentoring the account management team, including setting sales targets, performance monitoring, and providing ongoing training and support to ensure the team meets its objectives;- Invoicing and debt control- Monitoring competitors' actions in the market, analyze their strategies, and suggest my own ideas for improving the company's positions.- Developing and implementing strategic plans with clients;- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to drive revenue growth;- Overseeing contract negotiations, renewals, and the resolution of any issues or conflicts;- Establishing and monitoring key account metrics (customer satisfaction, account revenue growth, retention rates);

My role as AM involves the following duties:- handling accounts- having a direct contact between operator and game supplier- assisting the team during integration process- traveling and representing the brand on various trade shows and expos including ICE, iGB, SIGMA Malta- ensuring the value of the company - keeping up to date with market developments (news, products, technologies, regulations)- collaborating with other team members to provide high quality support
