Elite Telecom is an Internet Access Provider that offers Fiber To The Home to residents of Alagoas, Brazil. As a consultant analyst, I worked with FiberHome, Mikrotik and VMWare ESXi technologies on Dell Cloud servers. At this company, I overcame the challenge of deploying the IPv6 network and implemented resource monitoring via Zabbix with data visualization through Grafana. Other of my duties and tasks included process automation, new hardware implementation, firewall administration, implementation of servers for DNS and email along with a website hosting system and other services. There, I built the TASIAp (Technical Assistant for Small Internet Access Providers) - my personal project for an automated bot with various functionalities on the assistance of technical tasks for small internet access providers.

NEES is a research group from the Computing Institute at the Federal University of Alagoas. It focuses on research and development of IT Solutions, generating scientific knowledge and promoting its transference for the society, companies and scientific community. As a National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) researcher in the Federal University of Alagoas, I worked on an Institutional Scientific Initiation Scholarship Program to develop T-Partner, a system that uses data of students interactions in distance education systems to help educators make pedagogical decisions on the teaching and learning process. In this project, I programmed in Java(Enterprise Java Beans) and Javascript (AngularJS).

In that half-time internship, I was a mentor in Computer Network, Operating systems and Computer Network Architecture classes. During that period, I facilitated the learning process for students on specific matters with the use of the “netkit” emulator as a pedagogical tool.
