• Review Objective Quality Evidence and update Test and Inspection Plan (TIP) • Maintain Key Event Files containing OQE for each certification milestone.• Generate and manipulate weekly excel reports and additional reports as needed- Test and Inspection Plan, Project status report and the dissemination to all stake holders which includes the Government customer.• Attend OQE and Certification meeting with Government Customer to ascertain status of Test Inspection Plan on a weekly basis.• Train TIP writers on Certification Process and oversees all TIP writers and processes that lead to final turnover of certification files to customer.

• Maintain/ process all employees leave of absences including FMLA, Medical and Personal into companies global system (People Soft)• Responsible for the processing and on-boarding of all new employees into the company from beginning to end: to include filling all paper work to entering secured information into PeopleSoft and issuing proper credentials. • Handling of employee relations issues. Conducting interviews with employees, investigating, and writing detailed reports of ER investigations, typical investigations are employee disputes. • Performing administrative compliance duties such as creating forms, translating, creating files, supporting staff with Human Resources projects and other general office duties • Responsible for ordering and maintaining company store. Handle all transactions from employees, order new products and negotiate with product vendors and process vendor invoices.• Maintain company employee compliance database with employee’s private secured information
