Sergio Alvarez is the Director of US Operations at Lean Solutions Group, a nearshore service provider specializing in Logistics / Transportation back-office support.With over 24 years of experience in the transportation industry and over 9 years of experience as Lean’s customer, Sergio can utilize his knowledge and expertise to assist customers in getting the most out of their nearshore partner. Raised in Florida, had the privilege to get his Associates Degree from Florida State University and his Bachelors from Dakota Wesleyan University. As a student athlete he had the honor of playing football and basketball for these two elite schools. As Helen Keller once said "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much".A highly resourceful and self-motivated individual who has a track record of maintaining efficient operations through effective management of staff, facilities, equipment, and resources. Proven expertise in managing transportation needs and building strong relationships with clients to ensure that a seamless transition is accomplished.
