More than 25 years of professional experience in tax consulting, helping national and multinational companies in areas related to tax, corporate law, regulatory, social security and labor liabilities. I have worked on several M&A and corporate reorganization projects with a national and international scope, aiming not only the remodeling and the improvement of large corporation’s structures, but also the identification of opportunities to reduce the tax burden of the companies involved. Additionally, by 18 years, I've been responsible to the Technical area of PwC Brazil Tax and Corporate Law. During this period, 5 years was as Manager, and 13 years as a Partner, acting at Technical Managing Director, PwC was elected for 7 consecutive years ((up to 2010)) by the International Tax Review, as the best Tax Consulting of Brazil and 3 consecutive years as "The Tax Firm of the Year". I was also responsible for mapping, restructuring and implementation of transactional and operational routines of PwC-Tax Brazil for certification according to ISO 9000 standards and internal guidelines. I am the leading partner of the Energy industry of PwC Brazil related to Tax Consulting, Regulatory and Corporate Law.I am author of a Comment’s book of Relevant Aspects of Business Law in Accordance with the New Civil Code; of the Tax and Corporate Law Legislation and Jurisprudence's Synopsis of the Annual Guidance of Financial Statements (pwc), as well guest speaker and professor, in several events (twice, in hearing, at the Federal Senate about the tax charge of the electric energy) and Universities.Specialities: Tax, Regulatory, Labor and Corporate Law
