Responsibility to verify the engine installation on Customer’s vehicle, the activity consist in: -Mechanical and electrical Installation check of the engine and After Treatment System. - Engine Control Unit calibration for vehicle Body Computer communication (CANbus SAE J1939) -Functional Test (Air To Boil test, Altitude test, Cold Start test, Mission Profile) -Reporting activity and final Sign Off.Improved the engineering capacity in the service network by consequent training of service people in the classroom and in field ,in Italian and also in English.Prepared the Engine Installation Guidelines documentation.

Responsible for 3.0 Liters 230 CV marine engine application. Complete management of the project from the preliminary study to the preparation of the prototypes up to the production. Integration of Mercury stern drive Bravo Series components, for pleasure boat installation.Collaboration with two external technical offices. Development of integration activities from the 3.2 Liters engine for Generator application, guaranteeing respect for time and costs.Collaboration with 2H Energy, a French company specializing in the sector.

Responsible for the development and integration of the following components of structural 4.5 and 6.7 Liters engine for CNH tractors:-Intake/ Exhaust manifold-Flywheel-Front End-Power Take of Device Ensure delivery of design of assigned engine components.(quality, functionality, feasibility) Support for Problem Solving and Cost Reduction activities Coordinator of 3 people (2 English 1 Swiss) and report to Design Functional Leader
