Engineering experience across hardware, software and systems disciplines gained whilst working on a number of medium to large scale Australian Defence projects including military systems and real-time simulation training systems. Various team management roles as well as ‘hands on’ technical contribution in the development and production of the end product(s) and associated documentation. Technical involvement throughout various stages of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, integration, formal acceptance testing. Activities include development of product specifications, subcontractor SOWs, trade studies, design documentation and acceptance test documentation. Preparation and presentation of data pack material for key project milestone reviews. Provided Systems Engineering support and oversight for product integration/set-to-work activities, resolution of system problem reports and execution of formal product acceptance testing with customer attendance. Worked with sub-contractors and various equipment manufacturers to manage procurement and formal acceptance of sub-contractor deliverable items. Developed requirements verification related reports for product audit and sell off activities and project closeout.
