My responsibilities in this role included:* Conducting one-on-one or small group Spanish sessions to reinforce students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.* Providing constructive feedback on Spanish language proficiency.* Fostering a positive learning atmosphere that encouraged students to participate in learning Spanish.

This role helped me to develop my skills in communication and teamwork. Working while studying has also greatly improved my time management skills.
