SENIOR DTC MANAGER CHILE| UNDER ARMOUR | DECEMBER 2018 –MARCH 2019· Lead omnichannel strategy, through our 9 own stores, 7 factory outlets and our strong ecommerce channel. · P&L ownership for DTC area, 3YP retail expansion and regional alignment with Panama HQ.· Develop communication to stores on operational and sales related activities· Partner with Merchant, Planning and Allocation teams to ensure product and store allocations provides a cohesive strategy and brand experience, to drive sales revenue opportunities. Partner with Visual Merchandising to ensure achievement of visual merchandising standards, with Marketing & Creative team to plan and promote retail signage and marketing effort· Responsible for coordinating and implementing the UA Ecom strategy in country by partnering with Global and Regional teams to ensure brand guidelines and standards are fully met. · Identify trends and opportunities to define changes in process and procedures that drive operations and selling agendas.· Ensure a world class customer experience exists for our DTC customers off and online through effective execution of selling and service culture by continually staying connected to customer needs, anticipating changes, and preparing teams to meet consumer challenges.· Collaborate cross-functionally daily to design cost effective and efficient programs or processes to address critical actions and business needs. Anticipate opportunities and risks and develops effective responses and action plans.

NOVEMBER 2018· Responsible to build the marketing area of the South Cone area (all LATAM without Brazil) and launch the brand in more than six countries. Constant relationship with all channels (department stores, ecommerce & own stores), Colo Colo and leading brand's commercial strategy.
