Ordering oil products through the Unit Level Logistics Supply System. Selected among other 4 other peers had greater responsibility to be part of maintenance team. Established two oil points, one for daily use and the other for a 10-day supply for combat. Put in charge of maintaining oil readily available for any top priority missions.

Responsible for over 1 million dollars of equipment and 1 Petroleum Supply Operator. Managed the company’s fuel and oil point. Ordered and distributed over 7 petroleum products. Established the first Standard Operation Procedure and First Aid board in the battalion storing and disposing of hazardous products.

Company’s Rear Detachment NonCommission; In charge of turning reports to Battalion on a daily basis. Responsible for updating the commander in Iraq with the status of wounded soldiers that were medevac back to the states from wounds sustained in combat. Communicated with the families of the wounded soldiers and made arrangements for those families to see the soldier. Kept records of how many new soldiers had arrived to the unit and how many were being sent into Iraq.

Supervised over 15 Petroleum Supply Operators and was also responsible for over 3 million dollars of equipment. Established and operated a Class III point for a battalion that had 813 soldiers assigned. Ordered and received over 6 types of oils and handled 2 types of fuels in a combat environment. Managed rotations in between shifts.
