Salesforce Administrator
- Administration tasks including but not limited to: managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, record types, custom objects, sharing rules, public groups, chatter, reports and dashboards, report type, among others
- Providing users with technical support on Salesforce and managing ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users while keeping materials up to date
