Accountabilities:• Responsible for the development, documenting and implementing a comprehensive supply chain plan which drives optimal customer service and profitability; • Direct supply chain, inventory management, forecasting, distribution, customer services and logistics; • Lead and oversee the design, development, deployment and optimization of processes, systems and supply chain architecture; • Drive standardization of processes – processes include sales & operations planning, new product introductions, supply network planning, inventory optimization, demand management and sales forecasting; • Collaborate with the appropriate senior level operational, supply chain, regulatory and commercial functions in the development and implementation of the supply chain strategic plan; • Identify and resolve supply issues; ensure implementation of risk management initiatives to prevent stock outs; • Planning distribution operations including all the processes of inbound, warehousing, outbound, and reverse logistics; • Design, review and make recommendations to the supply chain management model taking into account lead time and logistics costs; • Create a performance driven culture and robust supply chain which is capable of taking on new products which transition post acquisition; • Build alignments with manufacturing sites to implement efficient production campaigns, lead times and order quantities which allow sites to produce cost effectively and efficiently whilst retaining flexibility; • Implement specialized supply models for tenders; • Develop a set of KPI’s to measure performance of all suppliers and sales divisions relative to supply chain functions; • Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met within Global guidelines; • Support the development of the business by analyzing supply chain issues and producing new solutions.

Member of the team that builds the finance forecast and that build the Budget and monthly forecast volume. Member of the team that builds the finance forecast and that build the annually and monthly volume forecast. Handle with marketing the sold of obsoletes products. Handle with marketing price campaign to sell products with excess of inventory, leading projects of cost cutting and building key performance indicators for the supply chain department.

Responsible for coordinate and leading team for all over the import and export procedures like: Getting customer orders, PP negotiation, coordinating shipments, paper work, international transport costs control and negotiation, importing raw-material and finish goods, customs clearance; insurance, exchange, Drawback. Member of the Six Sigma Team as Black Belt.
