I obtained my Master's degree in 2016, discussing a thesis in dynamical systems and biopolymer physics, and then I decided to turn into computational biophysics and biology. I got my Ph.D. In Physics in the Physics Department of the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’, working on developing computational tools for the study of genomes and proteomes. I worked at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Munich/Martinsried. Now, I'm working in Bambino Gesu’ Children’s Research Hospital. I'm an expert in analyzing next generation sequencing data, such as RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, Ribo-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, and tRNA-seq.
