I was a Production Technician, working directly with operators, engineers and quality assurance in order to achieve our desired production and yield goals. I worked with operators to balance the production line and changed different layouts for the various parts that were assembled, I worked with engineers to test out different parts and to try to improve and maintain the yeild of the products.

I was a production supervisor, I worked directly with operators in order to achieve our daily and weekly production goals. I also had numerous projects, reducing labor costs, reorganizing production layouts for a more optimized production flow, and lead a project to save a large amount of money from overproduction of the finished goods.
