My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with courses that centered on Heat Transfer and Machine Design along with extensive knowledge of Food Manufacturing industry as well as Incandescent lamp manufacturing. My maintenance experience includes implementing condition based monitoring, providing technical support to find ways to make equipment more efficient and reliable and designing and developing components used to update and improve the equipmentI also have the ability to create a maintenance program that includes a list of the problems most likely to occur with each piece of equipment, along with the preventive maintenance measures that can help reduce these risks to extend the service life of the machinery. On the production aspect of plant operation, I am a practitioner of Current Good manufacturing Practice; Industrial 5S; Quality Monitoring System alongside with Food safety management System ISO45001 and EMS 14001.My personal attributes include excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a good relationship with department heads and top management, being self-motivated, hard working and result driven based on principles and not on KPI. I am known for having the ability to act fast to do corrections and to find a long term solution to problems as they arise.
