Meanwhile, here is more information about me.After Sergio completed his bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, he started his career in the fast-moving telecommunications industry with Lazus, a former network infrastructure company now acquired by Liberty Networks. During his time in Lazus, Sergio was responsible for providing level 1 technical support to Latin America enterprise Clients, operating from a centralized NOC (Network Operation Center) located in Colombia. From Lazus, Sergio Joined SYKES Enterprise in 2013 a company owned by one the largest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations in the world, Founderver Group. Sergio has shifted his career path from technical to management when he covered mid-level leadership roles in Operations and PMO (Project Management Office). His responsibilities at SYKES ranged from local to regional, and his success with the organization included developing, directing, and controlling tactical plans to exceed consistently operational KPIs, and being part of the team that developed the pioneer Operations in Colombia, and the regional PMO in Latin America. Sergio’s career in project management continued to evolve in the BPO industry when he moved to Sitel Group in 2019 now rebranded as Foundever, joining to lead innovation projects in a new corporate venture dedicated to providing business analytics services to global Clients, he was part of the team that developed the implementation strategy achieving better outcomes for Clients.With significant years of experience and a deep understanding of modern project delivery and customer experience management, Sergio joined in 2022 as Implementation Manager at OfficePartners360, a fast-growing BPO with operations in America and Asia. His call to action in a rapid environment was to undertake a new business function to oversee global Client implementations and project management.Committing to a project management career path in engineering and technology, Sergio has traveled overseas to complete his master's degree in Engineering Management in Australia.
