I am responsible for the coordination of business development in my assigned territories. I am also responsible for the home health education of patients and/or their caretakers, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, other health care specialists and the local community regarding the various disciplines/services offered by Well Care Health. I partner with these various people and organizations for the smooth interaction and communication between all those involved in the continuation of care of my patients. I design much of my own marketing material as it pertains to themes or to those in healthcare being celebrated. Where permissible, I serve in facilities by providing live music for their residents.

I had worked with BFALUSA from November of 2021 until the end of April of 2022 as an “IT Specialist” with the guarantee that I would be promoted into the IT Director's position after proving my ability to thrive in that role after my probationary period. This was a “greenfield” site, with only 2 of 9 campus buildings built and operational. I was the only IT person on site for a start up that had about 200 employees with 2 shifts that was expanding into 3 shifts. The head count for the plant was projected at approximately 6,000 employees working within a campus of 9 manufacturing and administrative buildings, with several annex campuses. This included a recently purchased company in Standish, Michigan. My roles were Project Management, Multi-site IT management (main campus, temporary LEE avenue production annex and Kalyani Drivelines in Standish, Michigan), Desktop Support, Solutions Management, Department Management, Global Standardization of IT Management and local IT Development. A third party IT company had been managing the network before I was hired, but that arrangement was eventually to end so that all the IT support was done in house.

I was the only IT support expert onsite other than the North American Regional Director of IT. The entire plant operation was being relocated to Mexico, and I was hired with the task of maintaining parts of the business that were live and help to transitioning them. I essentially was helping to “land the plane.” I supported clients with hardware and software issues/upgrades/training. Using tools like Microsoft AD, Service Now, I was able to help manage client accounts. I assisted the Director with server program upgrades and/or trouble shooting problems. I setup and decommissioned client mobile phones. As the plant had shifted into the final stages of closing down, I was responsible for creating Customs paperwork and the helping with the logistics of IT equipment headed to Saltillo, Mexico. I assisted in backing up and cloning product line servers, including PM duties before shipments to Saltillo, Mexico. I removed devices out of service like Access Points, Cisco switches, IBM contract printing solutions, client workstations and production servers. I helped the Director decommission and redirect all of the company's IT assets.
