Holding over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial market, performing key roles as head of treasury, structured solutions, wealth management investment products and services for UBS; head of offshore treasury, wealth management portfolio management, on and offshore advisory, trading desk and structure products for Itaú Private Bank; head of treasury products and client desk for Banco Itaú; head of portfolio management for clients and for insurance company´s technical reserves at Banco AGF (Allianz Group); equity and derivarives portfolio management at Lloyds Bank; fixed income, equities and commodities portfolio management, insurance broker products and corporate products support at Banco Francês e Brasileiro (Credit Lyonnais group). In December 2016, has decided to establish Artem Capital (SKE Consulting), his own investment advisory company, to head one of the top ten wealthy family in Brazil, provide structured solutions to multi family offices and match counterparties to provide solutions to different demands like real estate built to suit projects, receivables structures, business acquisitions, debt financing, equity investments, among others. In 2017, he started being involved in startup ecosystem providing advisory for some wealthy Brazilian families. Also became advisor of many startups in a variety of sectors and GP/LP in some startup companies in Brazil and Silicon Valley. In the New Tech sector, he has been involved on projects with social benefit proposal, notably bio, health and agri tech sectors.He has graduated as BS in Naval Engineering at University of São Paulo and has MBA in Private Bank at IBMEC – SP. He holds CPA-20 and CFP certified by ANBIMA and is a registered portfolio manager at CVM
