- Responsible for managing finished product inventory in North American warehouses to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstock and stockouts. Define reorder points considering lead times for preparation and transfers.- Planning warehouse supplies by integrating sales forecasts, production capacity, and products in transit, considering minimum production batches vs. container capacity to optimize pallet capacity based on the number of pallets produced and the country of origin (Asia, Europe, and South America).- Creation, control, monitoring, and decision-making of operational expenses using KPIs such as inventory turnover, Forecast Accuracy, MAPE, OTIF, plant compliance, and Fulfillment.- Organizing S&OP meetings to improve communication between Plant, Supply, and Sales. Monthly meetings where representatives from each area present their status, and requirements between departments are generated, followed up during the month on the progress of commitments made in the meeting.- Preparation of annual Logistics budgets considering the company's growth objectives based on logistics service provider performance and costs.- Leading various projects for continuous improvement and optimization of logistics processes, including container optimization, S&OP Meetings, coordination of supply between the plant in France and the USA, opening of operations in Canada, and optimization of short-dated raw materials.- Control and supervision of the execution of finished product shipments to distribution centers and end customers through daily meetings supported by a Logistics Assistant and monitoring of OTIF KPI.- Control and execution of GardenHouse-Canada operations, involving supply planning, inventory control, and transit times.
