Currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Business with a Concentration in Project Management, I would like to get the opportunity to work overseas in the construction of U.S Embassies as a Project Manager. I have work 10 years in the construction field, 1 year as a Project Engineer, 1 year as a Project Coordinator, and 3 years as a Project Manager. I have experience in the field installing acoustical ceilings, specialty wood ceilings, metal ceiling's, wall panels, stretch wall systems, metal framing and drywall. As a Project Manager I am a part of projects ranging in the 500 thousand to a 8 million dollars, overseeing the frame, drywall, acoustical ceilings and paint scope of work. My main responsibility is to bring the projects with on schedule, under budget, maintaining high quality standards, while meeting the clients expectations. Other duties are pricing ASI's, RFI's, work orders, submittals, close outs, job set-up's, manage schedule and completion dates, purchase orders, completion of miscellaneous construction documents, generating schedule of values and billings. Other roles include client relationships with the stakeholders, lead, coordinate and communicate with the Estimator, Superintendent , Quality Control, Coordinator, Project Engineers, and Safety Manager.
