Independent or collaborative work within residential, hospitality and landscaping projects from concept to construction management, in Portugal, Greece and USA.

Responsible for design development and consultant coordination in Aviation & Mixed-Use projects from concept design through tender documentation using BIMCurating correlations between spatial planning and form, facade treatment, construction detailing and user experience.

Commissioned with the design and construction management of a villa on a remote island in the Philippines. Without access to electricity, this project required a unique compromise between traditional and modern construction methods as I led a team of unskilled villagers as manual labour. The use of BIM proved an essential tool for costing, project & construction management and communicating with locals.

At Muzi Design I conceptualized, designed and managed residential and landscaping projects focused on the symbiosis between man, nature and the built environment while conducting them through Singapore's extensive building codes and strict guidelines.

Working closely with the lead architect on the developer side, I was responsible for design development, tender documentation and sub-con coordination for several mid-rise and high-rise apartment buildings in Portugal & Mozambique.
