Supervise and monitor subcontractor’s work to guarantee precision and completion of project’s scope. Review plans for preliminary construction details and feasibility. Analyze site plans and blueprints to monitor and ensure compliance with plan specifications. Effectively and promptly communicate overall budget issues with senior leadership to avoid overruns. Implement jobsite’s LEED waste management requirements and prepare LEED reports. Timely prepare safety and submittal packages for general contractor’s review and action. Perform inspection of predecessor’s completed activities, to ensure conformance with the project’s requirements, before starting a successor activity. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements Monitor and control resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish to ensures the seamless execution of tasks while staying within budget. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet the project’s deadlines. Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. Recruit, hire, onboard, and train trade contractors for each project. Supervise, monitor, and inspect trade contractor’s work for quality assurance. Monitor and evaluate tasks’ progress and provide weekly status reports to general contractor. Timely communicate issues to appropriate personnel, including project management team, site construction, procurement, and/or engineering staff.
