File complaints with the attorney general, DMV investigators and/or any other state or federal legislative branch possible. • Hire, train and proactively coach all team members while maintaining a positive team dynamic. • Responsible for year-end reviews and ongoing mentoring/coaching of team members. • Department administrative duties such as approve timecards, vacation request and set all schedules.• Manage strong working relationships with our Dealer base, Sales/Marketing Team, Funding and Legal Teams. • Create, as well as implement new policies, new training material and guidelines for the department and team.
